Payment & Space Reservation
Half down or full payment is required to hold your space. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
The event hours are:
- Saturday: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Sunday: 10 AM – 5 PM
No early breakdowns are allowed. Vendors must be at their booth and ready by 9:45 AM BOTH MORNINGS, with no exceptions.
Final payment is due by November 14th, 2024. Any payments made after this date will incur a $25 late fee. No refunds or cancellations will be allowed at the discretion of the event coordinator.
Each booth comes with the following:
- 1 8ft table
- 2 Folding Chairs
- 2 Name Tags for the booth staff.
Additional tables, chairs, and tags are available for rental during the application process.
All booth workers must sign this agreement. I agree to sell only the products or services listed in my booth description. I will not hold any event-related parties legally responsible for any loss, including but not limited to COVID-19, natural disasters, theft, or injury. This includes:
- Gwinnett County Fairgrounds
- Peace of Mind Expo
- Breathe Deep LLC
- Sara Hartman, Nancy Hartman, and any affiliated persons or entities
My organization carries all necessary insurance and licenses, including tax licenses specific to my business.
