Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Peace of Mind Holistic Expo, we strive to create a meaningful and enriching experience for all participants. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following policies:
Vendor and Sponsorship Payments:
All payments, including deposits, are final and non-refundable. This ensures your booth or sponsorship spot is reserved for you.
• Deposits must be paid upfront, with any remaining balance due by the specified deadline. Late payments will incur a $25 late fee .
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:
In the unlikely event that the expo is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or health emergencies), vendors and sponsors will receive options for rescheduling their participation at a future event.
No-Shows:
Vendors or sponsors who do not attend the event forfeit all fees paid.
Vendor Policies
Setup and Breakdown:
• Vendors must complete their booth setup by 9:45 AM each day and may not dismantle before the expo’s official end time (6:00 PM Saturday, 5:00 PM Sunday) .
• Booth sharing or subletting is strictly prohibited .
Health and Safety:
• Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.
• Only service animals are allowed on-site .
Booth Standards:
Vendors must maintain a professional appearance, including appropriate attire and clear signage for their booth .
Guest Policies
Event Admission:
All sales of admission tickets are final. No refunds will be provided for purchased tickets.
Health and Safety Guidelines:
All attendees are encouraged to follow any health and safety protocols in place during the event.
Liability Disclaimer
Peace of Mind Expo, its coordinators Breathe Deep LLC, and the venue are not liable for any personal injury, theft, loss, or damage to property during the event. Vendors are responsible for insurances and licenses required for their services .
